Did you say cauliflower? Yes! Here’s a sneaky way to add some more veg into your family’s day. With the added benefit of turmeric, which helps to quell inflammation and boost immunity, this smoothie is tasty, the kids will not detect.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Frozen blueberries

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 cup milk or milk alternatives

1 tb nut butter

Handful baby spinach or kale

1/2 cup pre-cooked, frozen cauliflower*

METHOD:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Once mixed, pour into serving bowl or Mason jar and top with colourful seasonal fruit, dried coconut, nuts and seeds.
